Sabenza It & Recruitment is seeking a Networking Managed Services Engineer to lead in delivering top-tier managed services for clients. Your day will focus on proactively identifying and resolving incidents, ensuring SLA commitments, and driving problem resolution across enterprise networks.

You will work in a Linux environment, document network diagrams and maintain security posture, collaborating with teams on change management and network standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in providing exceptional managed services to clients
• Proactively identify and resolve technical incidents and problems
• Ensure SLA conditions are met and identify root causes of critical incidents
• Implement solutions for problems identified
• Provide system documentation and diagrams and maintenance documentation
