Job summary

Sabenza IT & Recruitment is seeking an experienced Network & Service Operations Engineer to lead enterprise network and security operations. You will oversee WAN/SD-WAN, firewalls, VPNs and NAC, ensuring secure, resilient and available infrastructure.

You will drive incident management, coordinate multiple vendors, and develop LLDs and security plans while providing clear updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Network Security Engineering within large enterprises.
• Hands-on with WAN/SD-WAN, firewalls, VPNs, NAC and network segmentation.
• Experience in security monitoring, logging and incident handling.
• Ability to provide technical direction during high-pressure incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on operations of enterprise network and security environments.
• Coordinate P1/critical incidents and drive rapid service restoration.
• Develop LLDs, implementation plans and risk documentation.
• Coordinate vendors and managed service providers; report to stakeholders.
