Placements24 is seeking a Senior Virtual Childcare Coordinator to lead and optimize a remote virtual childcare program in Soweto, Gauteng. You will manage a team of remote educators, ensure program quality, and drive client satisfaction by leveraging data and curriculum development.

The role requires a Master's in a relevant field, 7+ years in childcare leadership (3+ remote), and strong proficiency with childcare software and LMS.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in childcare management or early childhood education leadership, with at least 3 years in a virtual/remote capacity.
• Proven experience in team leadership and performance management.
• In-depth knowledge of early childhood development, pedagogical approaches, and curriculum design.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with childcare management software, learning management systems, and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the virtual childcare program, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Manage, train, and mentor a team of remote childcare providers and educators.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance engagement, learning outcomes, and parent satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and company policies in a remote setting.
• Monitor program effectiveness through data analysis and feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., technology, marketing) to optimize service offerings.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated client issues and concerns.
