The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field, and proven experience in remote childcare management, with strong organizational, communication, and collaboration

Responsabilités

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the virtual childcare platform, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Coordinate schedules and assignments for a team of remote childcare providers and educators.
• Monitor program quality and effectiveness, gathering feedback from families and staff.
• Implement and refine online policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and safety.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for families, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
