Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of web and mobile apps.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead design process for new features and products from research to high-fidelity UI.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user needs and requirements.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate designs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs communicating interaction ideas.

• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, articulating design rationale and incorporating feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and information architecture.
• Experience conducting various forms of user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles and how designs translate to code.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
