Placements24 is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join a fully remote team and shape product experiences for a global brand. You will lead user research, create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and contribute to design systems across digital products.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or InVision, and a deep understanding of user-centered design. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders while working

Qualifications

• Experience with UI/UX design and portfolio of successful projects.
• Proficient with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, IA and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail in typography, color and layout.
• Good grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript implications for web design.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all digital products.

• Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle, providing data-driven design recommendations.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing results.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, color, and layout.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and their implications for web design.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
