Placements24 is seeking a Remote Senior UX/UI Designer to shape the design of digital products for our global tech client. You will translate complex user needs into intuitive interfaces, build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while collaborating with product and engineering teams across disciplines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design best practices.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing feedback.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines remotely.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Demonstrated ability designing for complex applications and platforms.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user feedback. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and how they impact UI/UX design is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Demonstrable experience designing for complex applications and platforms.
