You will lead design from concept to delivery, conduct user research, build wireframes and prototypes, and contribute to design systems. Strong communication and a proven portfolio are essential, with agile experience considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to completion for web and mobile applications, ensuring intuitive user flows and compelling visual aesthetics.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Advocate for user needs and best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and methodologies, and incorporate them into design strategies.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to internal teams and clients.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers within the team.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing a proven track record in UI/UX design for digital products.
• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
• A bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts is beneficial.
