Our client, a rapidly growing digital agency, is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join their dynamic, fully remote team. Key Responsibilities

Lead the design process from concept to completion, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high‑fidelity UI design. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of user needs and behaviors through various research methodologies. Create intuitive and engaging user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas. Design aesthetically pleasing and user‑friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and project requirements. Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful design implementation. Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis. Mentor junior designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and standards. Stay up‑to‑date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user‑centered design and visual design. Proficiency in industry‑standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar. Solid understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and information architecture. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, and color theory. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or ability to collaborate effectively with developers). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting. Experience in an agency or fast‑paced tech environment is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
