Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in management consulting or similar strategic advisory role.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects and managing executive-level client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client engagements from inception to completion, ensuring objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client operations, identifying improvements and developing innovative solutions.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, backed by data and market insights.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with client teams to gather information and drive decision-making.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Contribute to business development through proposal writing and client relationship management.
