You will lead diverse consulting engagements, mentor junior staff, and develop actionable strategies across markets, operations, and business development, contributing to the firm’s knowledge base and client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, or strategic advisory roles.
• Proven track record delivering successful consulting projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with client-facing engagements and managing project timelines.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model with remote and on-site collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of client businesses, markets, and competitive landscapes.
• Develop strategic recommendations and actionable plans to address client challenges and opportunities.
• Lead project teams in the execution of consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery.
