Formación

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in management consulting or leading business transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead complex change programs and deliver measurable impact.
• Strong understanding of transformation methodologies, organizational design, and change management.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with influence at all levels.
• Experience in financial services, retail, or technology sectors is advantageous.
• Hybrid work model based out of Sandton office with client-driven flexibility.
