Qualifications

- Proven change leadership and delivery experience.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current processes and org structures for improvement.
- Design and implement business process re-engineering and optimization.
- Lead change management with stakeholder buy-in.
- Develop business cases and financial models.
- Advise on digital strategy and tech adoption.
- Facilitate workshops and training for client teams.
- Manage timelines, resources and deliverables.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
