Placements24 is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, deploy, and manage a global, high-performance network infrastructure in a fully remote role. You will work with an international team to ensure reliability, scalability, and security of telecommunications services from a home office.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in enterprise networking, strong routing, cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP), firewall/VPN expertise, and relevant CCIE/JNCIE certifications.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in network engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable network architectures.
• Proactively monitor network performance and security, identifying and resolving issues to ensure maximum uptime.
• Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS.
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network upgrades, expansions, and new service deployments.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including configurations, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for complex network issues across distributed environments.
