Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years in telecommunications systems engineering and architecture.
• Deep knowledge of core/transport/access networks and related tech.
• Experience designing and delivering large telecom infra projects.
• Strong understanding of protocols, service assurance, and management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of telecommunications infrastructure (core, transport, access).
• Develop high- and low-level design documents for systems and upgrades.
• Evaluate hardware, software, and vendor solutions to meet requirements.
• Oversee integration of new technologies with minimal disruption.
• Perform performance analysis, capacity planning, and optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across telecom platforms.
• Collaborate with operations, product, and vendors for project success.
• Stay updated on emerging telecom technologies and trends.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior staff.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and procedures.
