• Proven leadership capabilities and mentoring experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and architecture of telecom systems, including wireless, wired, and converged networks.
• Develop detailed system specifications, blueprints, and technical documentation for new and existing infrastructure.
• Evaluate and recommend hardware, software, and vendor solutions to meet requirements.
• Oversee integration of network components and technologies for seamless operation.
• Conduct feasibility studies, performance analysis, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to implement deployment.
• Mentor and guide junior design engineers.
• Stay current with advancements, standards, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex design-related issues.
• Contribute to strategic planning and technology roadmap development.
