Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive telecommunications engineering experience.
• Deep knowledge of networking protocols and transmission systems.
• Experience with network planning, design and capacity management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage core telecommunications network infrastructure.
• Analyze network performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, providing expert technical support.
• Lead evaluation and integration of new technologies and vendor solutions.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, configurations, and SOPs.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering skill development within the team.
