Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or similar client-facing technical role.
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud technologies and SaaS solutions.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned enterprise accounts.
- Understand client environments and objectives to propose solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with internal teams.
