Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our Cape Town client’s team. You will manage an existing SME and corporate portfolio while pursuing new business opportunities, leveraging deep knowledge of CCTV, networking, automation, VoIP and managed IT services.

The role rewards commercial drive and independence in a high-performance environment, with a focus on building long-term client relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and achieving GP targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior sales or account management role within the technology industry.
• Proven experience selling CCTV Solutions, Network Infrastructure, VoIP Solutions and Managed IT Services.
• Strong understanding of IP Networking, Wi-Fi Infrastructure and PoE technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage both SME and corporate accounts; excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of SME and corporate clients.
• Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to expand accounts.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
• Consult with clients on CCTV, networking, automation, VoIP, and managed IT solutions.
• Design and recommend networking infrastructure solutions, including IP, Wi-Fi, and PoE technologies.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and solution recommendations.
• Negotiate and close high-value sales opportunities.
• Meet and exceed monthly Gross Profit (GP) targets.
• Work independently while effectively managing your sales pipeline.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and account management throughout the sales lifecycle.
