Qualifications

• Proven success filling challenging technical roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers.
• Excellent sourcing through digital channels and networks.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management for remote work.
• Solid understanding of current tech stacks, development methodologies, and digital marketing trends.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a demanding remote workload.
• Experience with ATS and remote collaboration tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field preferred.

• Proactively source and engage with high-caliber tech professionals using advanced techniques.

• Contribute to recruitment strategy development and employer branding for remote work.

• Mentor junior remote recruitment teammates as needed.
