Qualifications

• Proven track record as Recruitment Consultant with 5+ years in technology recruitment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding recruitment needs.
• Source, screen, and interview top tech professionals across software, data science, cybersecurity, and cloud.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from brief to offer negotiation and placement.
• Build candidate pipelines and collaborate on recruitment strategies and employer branding.
• Achieve placement targets and stay updated on market trends.
