Placements24 is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to act as a strategic advisor to clients and hiring managers. You will manage complex, full-cycle recruitment across diverse sectors, build robust pipelines, and leverage advanced sourcing to engage top talent remotely.

The role emphasizes strategic guidance, market insight, and strong relationship-building, with a high degree of autonomy in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Senior Recruitment Consultant.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, executive-level recruitment.
• Expertise in Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong interviewing, assessment and candidate engagement.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Able to work remotely and manage priorities.
• Randburg/Gauteng talent market knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for demanding roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
• Conduct thorough screening, interviewing, and assessment of candidates.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, compensation, and recruitment best practices.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the closing process.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on progress and outcomes.
• Stay updated on recruitment technologies and innovative sourcing methods.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practice development.
