• Five+ years in full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for technical and sales roles, preferably SaaS/tech.
• Skilled in sourcing across social media, boolean searches, and networks.
• Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities with technical know-how.
• Proficient with ATS/HRIS systems and candidate data handling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with remote teams.

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for software engineering, product, sales, and marketing roles in a remote capacity.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
