Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their talent acquisition function. This pivotal role is based in Polokwane, Limpopo and will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies across the organization. • Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies and sourcing channels.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
