Job summary

HID is seeking a Senior Systems QA Engineer to validate end-to-end physical access systems, spanning hardware, firmware, mobile apps and cloud platforms. You will work hands-on in a lab environment, performing UX/UAT validation and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure performance and reliability.

The role requires 5–7 years in software testing, strong English communication, and experience with automation tools (Appium, Selenium) and programming languages (Python, C#, C/C++).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in software testing.
• Experience validating UX/UAT across hardware, software, app and real-world usage.
• ISTQB CTFL or equivalent UX/UAT testing certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Integrate HID PACS portfolio and report on system performance, stability and UX.
• Maintain and evolve the Systems QA lab for 24/7 operation and test benches.
• Perform manual and automated testing including HiL setups and test automation.
