Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical substation design.
• Experience with high-voltage equipment and systems.
• Proficiency with design software (AutoCAD, ETAP) and power system analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design detailed plans for high-voltage substations up to 400kV.
• Specify transformers, breakers, switchgear and protection relays.
• Prepare specifications, drawings and construction docs.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies.
• Ensure compliance with electrical standards and codes.
• Collaborate with project managers, sites and clients.
• Perform power system studies including load flow and short circuit.
