Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering.
• Registered as Pr.Eng. with ECSA or eligible to register.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in structural engineering focused on infrastructure.
• Proficiency with structural analysis and design software."AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000".

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced structural analysis and design for infrastructure projects (bridges, roads, water facilities).
• Develop detailed technical specs, drawings, and calculations using industry software.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior staff.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and assess structural conditions for design compliance.
• Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and standards.
• Participate in project meetings and solve technical problems.
• Manage project timelines and budgets for structural engineering tasks.
