The successful candidate will lead high-profile developments, ensure code compliance, and manage timelines while shaping innovative structural solutions for the region.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
• Pr. Eng. registration with ECSA.
• 10+ years post-graduate experience in design and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design from concept to detailed design.
• Perform advanced analysis using SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro.
• Review and approve drawings, specs, calculations.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Collaborate with architects, clients, and other disciplines.
• Conduct site inspections and support during construction.
• Ensure compliance with building codes in Mpumalanga.
• Manage project timelines and resources.
