The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Structural Engineering, Pr Eng with ECSA, and 10+ years of post-graduate experience with leadership. Strong knowledge of FEA tools and codes is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
• Pr Eng registration with ECSA.
• Minimum 10 years post-graduate experience with leadership in structural engineering.
• Extensive experience with finite element analysis software (SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE).
• In-depth knowledge of SANS and international codes.

Aufgaben

• Lead the structural design of building and infrastructure projects, ensuring code compliance.
• Perform advanced structural analysis and calculations for complex structures.
• Manage and mentor a team of structural engineers and technicians.
• Review and approve structural drawings, specifications and design reports.
• Liaise with clients, architects, contractors and consultants for seamless delivery.
• Provide expert guidance during construction, including site inspections.
