Placements24 is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our fully remote engineering team. You will lead structural design and analysis for diverse building projects, ensuring safety and compliance while working from home with national collaborators.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering, at least 10 years of experience, Pr Eng registration with ECSA, and expertise in ETABS, SAP2000, RISA, and AutoCAD/Revit. Excellent communication is essential for remote teamwork.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
• Pr Eng registration with ECSA is required.
• 10+ years hands-on experience in structural design and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, RISA and AutoCAD/Revit.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design and analysis for building projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial structures.
• Conduct complex load calculations and structural modeling using advanced engineering software.
• Prepare comprehensive structural drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineering staff within the remote team.
• Collaborate effectively with project stakeholders to resolve design issues and ensure seamless project execution.
