About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join their innovative, fully remote engineering team. You will lead the design and analysis of structural systems for a wide range of building and infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, stability, and efficiency. This remote role provides the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to cutting-edge projects and mentoring junior engineers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong theoretical foundation, practical application skills, and a proven ability to manage complex structural challenges from concept through to construction, driving excellence in structural engineering design .

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex structural analysis and design for buildings, bridges, and other structures using industry-standard software.
• Develop detailed structural drawings, specifications, and reports for client and regulatory submission.
• Lead and mentor a team of structural engineers and technicians in a remote work environment.
• Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated and efficient designs.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of post-graduate experience in structural engineering design .
• Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent professional registration is required.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro) and BIM tools (e.g., Revit).
• Demonstrated experience in leading design teams and managing project deliverables remotely.
• Deep understanding of material science, seismic design principles, and relevant building codes.
