Placements24 is seeking a Remote Senior Structural Engineer to join a distributed team, designing and analyzing structural elements for diverse projects from a home office and coordinating with architects, PMs, and other disciplines online.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's in Structural Engineering and 7+ years of experience, plus proficiency in SAP2000, ETABS and Revit Structure. You’ll ensure code compliance, conduct peer reviews, and support global projects remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a Structural Engineer, with significant project design responsibility.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, Revit Structure).
• Strong understanding of material properties, load calculations, and seismic design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, suitable for a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for building projects using advanced engineering software.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, and calculations for construction.
• Collaborate with remote design teams, architects, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct peer reviews of structural designs and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve structural issues that may arise during the construction phase remotely.
