Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Facility Management.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive operations management experience, preferably in sports facilities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, costs, and improve efficiency.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple sports facilities ensuring safety and service quality.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize performance.
• Manage budgets for staffing, maintenance, utilities and supplies.
• Supervise facility staff including maintenance, security, and event support in Pretoria.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with event organizers to ensure successful events.
• Manage vendor relationships and maintenance contracts.
