Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in software development projects.
• Proven experience as a Lead Project Manager or similar senior leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum Master certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct software development projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timelines and quality.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
• Implement and refine agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to optimize workflows.
• Foster strong relationships and clear communication with development teams, product owners, stakeholders, and clients.
• Identify and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Oversee development and execution of detailed project plans, sprint plans, and releases.
• Conduct regular project reviews, retrospectives, and status meetings.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members.
• Ensure integration of new features and product enhancements.
