You will drive Agile rituals, manage risks, and foster a collaborative development environment across on-site and hybrid settings. A proven track record in SDLC and certifications like PMP/CSM are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years specifically in software development project leadership.
• Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing distributed or remote development teams.
• PMP, CSM, or PMP‑ACP certification is highly desirable.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
• Manage and mentor software development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Communicate project status, key decisions, and milestones to all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality assurance processes, and best practices in software development.
• Manage vendor relationships and third‑party integrations when applicable.
• Conduct post‑project analysis and document lessons learned to improve future project execution.
