This senior role requires extensive knowledge of Scrum and Kanban, strong coaching abilities, and the capacity to collaborate with product owners and stakeholders for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of project management experience with a strong focus on agile software development.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification is required.
• Proven experience leading agile teams and delivering complex software projects.
• Excellent understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor development teams on agile principles and best practices.
• Manage project backlogs, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Remove impediments and roadblocks for the development team to ensure smooth progress.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define project scope and requirements.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Foster a collaborative and communicative team environment, both in-office and remotely.
• Ensure the timely delivery of software releases that meet quality standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of agile processes within the organization.
