Qualifications

• 7+ years in software project management.
• At least 4 years in Lead/Senior PM roles.
• Strong Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira/Confluence.
• Proven success delivering enterprise software solutions.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex software projects.
• Define scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans with resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Direct software teams ensuring collaboration and performance.
• Implement Agile processes including stand-ups, sprints, and retrospectives.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and mitigate delays to stay on schedule and budget.
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders and address concerns.
• Ensure integration with existing systems and maintain quality standards.
• Capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
