Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in construction site management.
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of Cape Town construction methods and regulations.
• Ability to lead large teams on complex projects.
• Proficiency with modern project management software and reporting tools.
• Commitment to high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage all site activities, including planning, scheduling, and executing construction tasks effectively.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Implement and enforce rigorous health and safety protocols across the construction site.
