Job summary

The Recruiter is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple building projects across Cape Town. You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants, ensuring safety, programme, and quality standards are met.

Ideal candidates will have 8–10 years of building construction experience, a relevant construction qualification, and strong planning and communication skills to manage site activities and reporting effectively.

Qualifications

• Relevant construction qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years' experience in building construction.
• Proven experience managing multiple building projects.
• Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple building projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate Site Agents, Foremen, subcontractors and site teams.
• Monitor progress against approved programmes and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Maintain project documentation, correspondence and reporting.
