Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role.
• Solid understanding of building procedures and processes.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and enforcing them on-site.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for diverse teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities for efficient site operation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities according to plans, specs, and safety standards.
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors, tradespeople, and laborers on site.
• Manage material deliveries and inventory to prevent delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and rectify hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain detailed daily logs of site activities, progress, and issues.
