Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 6 years' site engineering experience on construction projects.
• Professional registration with ECSA is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all site engineering activities, including setting out, surveying, and quality control.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Provide technical guidance to site staff, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor material quality and workmanship, with inspections and tests.
• Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and temporary works designs.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and design discrepancies.
• Liaise with design teams, clients, and consultants for timely approvals.
• Maintain daily site records and progress documentation.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed.
• Contribute to resource management including labour, materials, and equipment.
