Job summary

Prodapt Solutions Private Limited is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and implement TSOM solutions for large enterprise environments. The role focuses on turning IT Operations strategy into scalable, observable architectures that leverage TSOM modules and best practices.

You will lead technical design, mentor teams, and partner with stakeholders across IT leadership to drive observability, AIOps, and proactive operations using ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITOM/TSOM experience.
• Expertise in ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Operational Intelligence.
• Strong CMDB architecture and data modeling skills.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring tools.
• Excellent architecture, design and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture aligned to IT Operations strategy.
• Design scalable solutions for hybrid, multi-cloud and on-prem environments.
• Lead TSOM implementations across large enterprise landscapes.
• Define integration patterns with monitoring tools and CMDB sources.
• Mentor developers and conduct design sessions with stakeholders.
