Job summary

Delta-v, based in Claremont, Cape Town, seeks an Account Manager to onboard customers, manage relationships, and lead client campaigns driving sales pipelines across international markets.

You will receive hands-on training from experienced sales leaders and gain exposure to senior decision-makers in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. A strong background in B2B SaaS/FinTech is valued.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree and 5+ years of professional experience.
• 2+ years in a BDR/SDR role or similar.
• Experience in BDR/SDR or B2B marketing agency.
• Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate to Cape Town.

Responsibilities

• Project manage new customer onboarding projects.
• Take ownership of weekly & monthly customer reporting.
• Run weekly check-in meetings and monthly campaign strategy sessions.
• Work with internal SDR managers and sales enablement to analyse and optimise campaigns.
• Develop expertise in modern sales, technology, and Go-to-Market strategy.
