Delta-v in Cape Town is seeking a senior sales leader to manage and scale distributed SDR/BDR teams working with international FinTech clients. You will hire, train, and coach sales reps, shaping outbound campaigns and sales playbooks to drive growth.

You’ll partner with client leadership, report on performance, and help steer Delta-v’s expansion as part of the leadership team. A university degree and 5+ years of B2B sales, plus 1+ year of management, are required.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 5+ years B2B sales with pipeline generation.
• 1+ year management with full responsibility for salespeople.
• Proven record of achieving quota/sales targets.

Responsabilités

• Develop deep FinTech knowledge based on clients you work with.
• Hire, coach and manage SDRs/BDRs.
• Optimize sales processes and sales playbooks.
• Act as Account Manager to FinTech clients with market insights and reporting to optimise outbound campaigns.
• Be part of Delta-v’s leadership team steering the growth of the business.
