Job summary

Delta-v, based in Claremont, Cape Town, seeks an experienced Account Manager to onboard new customers and manage campaigns that build sales pipelines for international SaaS and FinTech clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

You will learn how modern tech companies grow, gain exposure to senior decision-makers, and receive hands-on training and mentorship from sales leaders, with a competitive base salary and annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• 2+ years experience in an Account Management or Project Management role.
• Experience having worked as a BDR/SDR, or in a B2B marketing agency.
• Strong interest in business, technology, SaaS, or FinTech.
• Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Project manage new customer onboarding projects
• Take ownership of weekly & monthly customer reporting
• Run weekly check-in meetings and monthly campaign strategy sessions with our customers
• Work closely with our internal SDR managers and sales enablement manager to analyse and optimise campaigns
• Develop expertise in modern sales, technology, and Go-to-Market strategy
