Job summary

Delta-v, based in Claremont, Cape Town, is seeking an experienced SDR/Account Manager to onboard customers, manage relationships, and drive client campaigns that build sales pipelines across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship from seasoned leaders.

You will learn modern sales, technology, and Go-to-Market strategies while collaborating with senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree is required.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• 2+ years in SDR/BDR role.
• Strong interest in business, technology, SaaS, or FinTech.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident engaging with senior business leaders.
• High levels of curiosity, resilience, coachability, and ambition.
• Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Project manage new customer onboarding projects.
• Take ownership of weekly & monthly customer reporting.
• Run weekly check-in meetings and monthly campaign strategy sessions with customers.
• Collaborate with internal SDR managers and sales enablement to analyse and optimise campaigns.
• Develop expertise in modern sales, technology, and Go-to-Market strategy.
