Job summary

Delta-v is seeking an experienced Account Manager in Cape Town to onboard new customers, manage relationships, and drive client campaigns that build robust sales pipelines. You will engage with senior decision-makers across international markets and receive mentorship from seasoned sales leaders.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree
• 5+ years of professional experience
• 2+ years experience in an Account Management or Project Management role
• Previous experience having worked either as a BDR/SDR, OR in a B2B marketing agency
• Strong interest in business, technology, SaaS, or FinTech
• Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate

Responsibilities

• Project manage new customer onboarding projects
• Take ownership of weekly & monthly customer reporting
• Run weekly check-in meetings and monthly campaign strategy sessions with our customers
• Work closely with our internal SDR managers and sales enablement manager to analyse and optimise campaigns
• Develop expertise in modern sales, technology, and Go-to-Market strategy
