Job summary

Delta-v in Cape Town is hiring to lead and expand our SDR/BDR teams serving international FinTech clients. You will hire, coach and manage SDRs, and optimize outbound campaigns while acting as Account Manager to clients, delivering market insights and performance reporting.

The role sits within a growing business, offering exposure to leadership and ongoing team development, training and coaching as part of Delta-v's growth strategy.

Qualifications

• University degree is required.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience with ability to generate sales pipeline (e.g., cold calling).
• 1+ years of management experience with full responsibility for salespeople.
• Track record of meeting/quota targets.
• Deep knowledge of sales processes and methods.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and sales skill improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep FinTech knowledge based on client portfolios.
• Hire, coach and manage SDRs/BDRs across teams.
• Optimize sales processes and sales playbooks.
• Act as Account Manager to FinTech clients and provide market insights and reporting.
• Contribute to Delta-v's leadership team guiding business growth.
