Job summary

Isilumko Staffing in Cape Town is seeking a Contact Centre Team Leader – Sales on a contract basis. You will lead a team of sales consultants, drive daily, weekly and monthly targets and ensure top service standards in a fast-paced contact centre environment.

The role emphasises coaching, KPI management and performance improvement, with a focus on customer engagement and adherence to quality processes. This position requires a minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a call centre setting.

Qualifications

• Matric and a Diploma in a relevant field are required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience leading a sales team within a call centre/contact centre environment.
• Proven experience managing sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of sales consultants.
• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs and sales objectives.
• Coach and mentor consultants to improve sales performance.
• Identify performance gaps and implement interventions.
