Job summary

ZealHR is seeking a Senior Sales & Account Manager to drive new business and manage key accounts across Western and Northern Cape. This remote role requires a strong hunter mindset, with a 50/50 split between hunting and account management, and a robust network in truck OEM dealerships and resellers.

You will travel as needed, build long-term relationships, and report accurately in the CRM while delivering exceptional service to partners and customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ proven sales and account management experience in telematics, fleet management, or automotive solutions.
• Strong existing network in truck OEM dealerships/resellers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English is essential.

Responsibilities

Area: The successful candidate will be responsible for the Western Cape and Northern Cape

Region. It is a remote role and there is no physical office to report to as HQ is in Pta.

Our client is a leading provider of fleet management and asset tracking solutions. They partner

with truck OEM dealerships, resellers, and fleet operators to improve efficiency, reduce

costs, and drive sustainability.

They are looking for a driven, organised, and self-sufficient Senior Sales & Account Manager

and strong hunter to expand their market presence and deliver exceptional service to our

partners and customers.

This role already has a strong client base and is a 50/50 split between account management and

hunting.

Very stable work environment with super low staff turnover.

Bilingual in Afrikaans and English is essential.
